    the staff are very professional, managed the parking in the hotel. i have stayed in the executive king studio with free wireless internet access, a writing table, and a chair.

    The breakfast is very good, offered with gluten free options and served in the garden. The hotel is set in a quiet and best possible location short walk to including arranging taxis to airports, the famous Recoleta Cemetery, an UPSCALE shopping mall that had a money exchange and plenty of restaurants and many good restaurants within walking distance.

    Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel was modern and perfectly clean, it had quiet and best possible location close to attractions.

    The hotel staff was a little tired.

    Functional and huge rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator. Great and lovely location close to a bus stop. A wide range of places to visit, such as pubs and bars close to the hotel. Great restaurant for the dinner.

    great location

    The hotel is in an amazing location, just around the corner from the famous cemetery and close to shopping areas. Our spacious studio had fine views, and the staff were very good by allowing us early check-in and late check-out. We loved the complimentary spa services too!

    the only downside was the noise from other rooms.

    I was impressed with the cleanliness of hotel and the professional staff. The staff were3 very willing to make suggestions to visitors.The hotel was very close to the centre of activity and it was very convenient to walk to places of activity for dining.They had a great breakfast selection.

    Not really but the cleaning staff seemed to be slow in cleaning the room. e.g. returned to room around 2 or 3 p.m. and it had not been made up for the day.However when they cleaned they did a great job.I found the room service a bit pricey>

    The swimming pool is very good, warm. The room is spacious, good bed, good bathroom. The attention of the people who are at the entrance of the hotel: very friendly.

    I've been to this hotel several times and this time I was really disappointed. breakfast, although varied, was lower in quality. yogurt was unpalatable, it was a flavored milk, little variety of fruits and jams. unsalted butter. variety and quality of the products was very good. bathroom was dirty on arrival (dental floss on the floor), however, days I hosted the cleaning was fine. attention at the reception was bad, inattentive, not in keeping with a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. I stand out in reception for bad attention to: Sonia Guerin. As a proof, we were two passengers at the reception, I was waiting to check out. There was this woman behind the counter in the computer, nobody else was attending. She didn't look at us, she didn't say anything, not even a greeting, no explanation. I didn't say anything because I thought she was taking care of the other passenger. However, it was not like that. It must have been five minutes or more. another man arrived to attend she said, nothing. Just like that. No apologies, nothing.

    The breakfast space is magical. The variety and quality of the breakfast is EXCELLENT! The kitchen staff both at breakfast and in the evening, was always very very friendly and attentive. Very practical to have kitchenette in the room. Very nice swimming pool. The location of the hotel is unique in Buenos Aires.

    The mattress was very soft (I guess because of the time it was used) and gave me back pain. The pool was beautiful but the water wasn't warm enough to keep us from getting cold. The sauna was a bit small. I could have gone because I was alone but someone else would have been annoying. We arrived in the room the next day and our kitchenette had not been cleaned! The cups were dirty. The refrigerator was missing food from the list. They might as well have foam for the bathtub, since it would have been a gesture to fill it and relax there. I found the massages quite expensive, so I didn't take it.

    The room was amazing with fine views! The breakfast had fresh croissants and great coffee. Only downside was low water pressure in the shower. A wonderful stay 😊

    Lovely breakfast buffet and the skylight room where it is held is lovely. Try to book a room overlooking the Recoleta Cemetery (rooms ending in 01). Good location on a quiet street but near busy thoroughfares and good shopping.

    Very convenient location, close to many restaurants, popular sites and shopping. Helpful staff. They let us check-in at 12pm when the check in time advertised is 3pm and check-out at 3pm instead of the usual 12pm without any extra charge.

    The bathtub has a half glass door that is not enough to keep the water inside when you shower. Whole bathroom gets wet when you take a shower in the bathtub.
